• Any time during the night you and your guests can see exactly where they are in line of the rotation, whether there's 5 people or 50. The bottom of the screen will scroll by, telling you NEXT UP:, 2nd, 3rd, all the way to the end, no matter how many people there are
• Once the singer is finished, the next singer's name will come up in the middle of the screen in bold print.
• We can put any customized message at the top and middle of the announcement screen in between singers
• We can put any picture you like in the background of both the announcement screen AND the lyrics screen when the song is playing.
• The green circle at the bottom left of the screen tells you how much time is left in the song: Green is more than one minute. At one minute it turns yellow, then at 30 seconds it turns red.
• Singers are free to change their song as many times as needed before singing.
• Singers and can change they key and tempo of the song any time between signing up until the song is over, not just once their song is already playing.
• For the convienence of the customer, there are no sign-up sheets, no forms to fill, and no numbers to remember, and no multiple listings of a single song in the book to weed through. By simply typing in the song, your DJ can pull up every available version, and either pick the best one for the customer, or the customer can choose which brand name the like best that they are used to.
• Our system remembers every song every person sings letting your regular customers keep track of things they still want to try, and a list of songs they know they want when they can't make up their minds. Their history is also kept with any key changes they made, so no remembering which songs you had to lower or raise a couple steps, if they changed the tempo. Next time that person sings that song, it's exactly the way wanted it.
• For another convience to the customers, our system can tell each person approximately what time they will be singing, to over 95% accuracy. And as said before, without even leaving their seats, customers can see where they are in line at any time using the scrolling Onscreen Visual Rotation System performer line-up.
• To eliminate all "dead air", our state-of-the-art system automatically fades in music when a person finishes singing and fades the music back out when the next person is on stage ready to start. To keep the mood you desire, we can custom build you a playlist of any type of music from our MASSIVE music selection, as well as from any music you provide us, and you can choose the order the music plays in, or let the computer randomly shuffle the list up. You also have the choice of whether you want to continue playing the same song where it left off (when the person started singing and your playlist song stopped), or starting a new song each time. Music you have chosen will continue to play non-stop until another person is ready to sing.
• "Kamikaze Karaoke" allows a brave customer who cannot decide what to sing to let the computer randomly choose for them.
• Computerized audio compressors normalize the digital waveform by prescanning the music of the karaoke and filler tunes, unlike external compressors that can only read the analog signal as it is inputted and may not have time to correct the sound.
• In the rare unlikely event of a computer system crash, all singers signed up will not lose their signup or history information, and upon restart of either the program or the computer, everything will be exactly where it left off.
